Early Life

I was born in Baker City, OR and spent most of my childhood in La Grande, OR. During my childhood in Northeast Oregon, I enjoyed (and still do) the many outdoor opportunities the area has to offer, from hiking to high alpine lakes to bicycling the rural country roads to skiing .

Growing up in a small, tight knit community I have made many life long friends that I keep in touch with to this day. I continue to practice my habit of maintaining relationships with everyone I meet, even if it is just a few words to catch up once a year.
